Privacy Policy

This policy describes how FinnBrokers Oy processes personal data submitted via the contact form on this website. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Finnish Data Protection Act.

Privacy Policy

Effective from 1 July 2026.

FinnBrokers Oy (Business ID 3616525-3), Tampere, Finland — toimisto@finnbrokers.fi

For any privacy-related questions, please contact us at the email address above.

What data we process

We only process the data you provide yourself via the contact form: name, email address and message (required), plus company name and phone number (optional).

The site uses no analytics and does not track visitors. When pages load, your browser does however transmit your IP address to the site's technical service providers (see Recipients and processors).

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to respond to your enquiry and to handle your matter. The legal basis for processing is consent (GDPR, Article 6(1)(a)), which you give when submitting the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

The data is not used for direct marketing, automated decision-making or profiling.

Retention

We retain data submitted via the contact form only for as long as handling your enquiry requires, and no longer than 12 months. If the enquiry leads to a client relationship, the data is thereafter processed as part of that relationship and its statutory obligations.

Recipients and processors

We do not disclose your data to third parties. The site and the contact form rely on the following technical service providers, who may process data (such as your IP address) to deliver the service:

  • Resend, Inc. — technical delivery of contact form messages to our email (under a data processing agreement)
  • Vercel Inc. — technical hosting of the website (under a data processing agreement)
  • Google LLC — web font delivery (Google Fonts); when fonts load, your browser transmits your IP address to Google

Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Resend, Vercel and Google are US companies, so data may be processed outside the EU or EEA. Transfers are protected by safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • know what personal data we process about you and receive a copy of it
  • request the correction of inaccurate data
  • request the erasure of your data
  • withdraw your consent at any time
  • request the restriction of processing or object to processing
  • have the data you provided transferred to another controller

Right to lodge a complaint

To exercise your rights, contact us at toimisto@finnbrokers.fi. If you consider that we process your personal data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland (tietosuoja.fi).

Cookies

This site does not use cookies, analytics or any other tracking technologies. Nothing is stored in your browser.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy as needed, for example when our services or legislation change. The current version is always available on this page.
